Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food), any food products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges/ non-refundable items
Exchanges are not offered for any listings or products and custom products such as any personalized items cannot be refunded.
European Union 7-day cooling off period
For orders shipped to the European Union, there is the right to cancel or return the order within 7 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
